For express tunnels, in-bay automatics, and multi-site operators

Every car counted.Every member kept.

AI agents that answer the wash line, read every plate through the tunnel, watch the chemistry and the cost per car, and catch the member who is drifting before the cancellation lands — so the numbers are in your inbox by morning.

I. The pains

What’s slowing Car Wash teams down today.

Members leave without telling anyone, chemistry pours out at a cost nobody has measured, and the tunnel runs at a speed everyone guesses at.

The line rings while everyone is on the lot

Nobody is sitting in the office at 8am. The calls that go to voicemail are the ones that cost most — hours, damage claims, and members trying to cancel who now do it as a chargeback instead.

Call handling

Nobody knows the real cars per hour

The controller reports how many cars went through. Nothing shows the gaps between them — the loading pauses, the stops, the hour on Saturday where you left forty cars of capacity on the table.

Tunnel throughput

Members drift for weeks before they cancel

A member who washed twice a week drops to once a month. Nothing flags it. The first anyone hears is the cancellation, and by then the decision was made weeks ago.

Member retention

Reviews pile up unread across every site

Nobody reads every Google review at every location, let alone replies. The same complaint about one site repeats for months, and nobody can say which attendant keeps getting named.

Review monitoring

Cost per car is a guess

Chemical drums, water, reclaim, power, and labour all land in a monthly bill. Nothing ties them to the cars that actually went through, so an over-dosing pump can run for a month before anyone notices.

Reporting

The offer goes out and nobody knows who came back

Mailers drop and plans get discounted, and nothing ties either to the plates that showed up. The lapsed member and the driver two minutes down the road who has never washed with you never hear from you at all.

Marketing & win-back

II. How ClickSide helps

An AI agent for every pain — built around your stack.

AI Call Agent

Answers the wash line around the clock — hours, pricing, plan changes, holds and cancellations, fleet accounts and damage claims — and reports call volume, topics, length, and what each call was really about.

Camera & Tunnel Intelligence

Reads every plate at the entry, times each car from load to exit, and reports true cars per hour against conveyor capacity — including the loading gaps and stops a controller count hides. Flags roof racks and hitches before the car reaches the brushes.

Member Intelligence

Ties every plate to its plan and its own wash pattern, then flags the member whose visits have fallen off well before the cancellation — alongside plate sharing, free-wash abuse, and the single-wash customer who now visits often enough to be sold a plan.

Reporting & Audits

Chemical and water per car against dispense logs, cost per car by site, margin on each unlimited plan, discount and free-wash use by employee, tunnel downtime and what caused it, labour hours against cars washed, and vacuum bay occupancy — built to your sites, not to a template.

Review Intelligence

Reads every review across every site, drafts the reply for you to approve or posts it automatically, tags the site and the attendant named in each one, and separates a wash-quality complaint from an equipment one.

Marketing & Win-Back

Finds the members who lapsed and the drivers near each site who have never washed with you, reaches them by SMS and postcard, ties every campaign back to the plates that showed up after it, asks for a review, and posts your Reels.

III. Example flows

What a day in production looks like.

Flow 01

One car. From the entry to the exit.

ClickSide connects your cameras, POS, tunnel controller, and phone line so every car through the tunnel is measured and no member leaves unnoticed.

One car. One pass. Dozens of signals. ClickSide reads what is happening across every site in real time and turns it into revenue you can see.

    Plate read at the entry

    AI camera detection

The camera picks the car up as it loads onto the conveyor, reads the plate, and stamps the entry time automatically.

    Member matched

    Member intelligence

The plate is matched to the account in your POS, and the wash history comes up before the car reaches the first arch.

    AI tunnel monitoring

Every car is timed from load to exit, so throughput is measured against what the conveyor can actually carry rather than what the controller counted.

01Does it integrate with my POS and tunnel controller?

Yes — plates, member accounts, transaction data, and call summaries sync with systems like DRB SiteWatch and Patheon, TunnelWatch, Sonny’s CarWash Controls, ICS, Washify, AMP, and Nautilus, so your team keeps working where it always has.

02Do I need to install new cameras?

Usually not. We run the AI on the CCTV you already have — entry and exit, conveyor loading, vacuum bays, and lot traffic all come off your existing feeds. Most sites add one camera at the entry so plates read cleanly at speed, and some re-angle a camera they already own. We tell you which after we look at your feeds.

03How does it know a member is about to cancel?

It compares each member against their own pattern, not an average. A member who washed twice a week and has now gone three weeks is flagged while there is still something to do about it — and the same read tells you which single-wash customers are visiting often enough to be worth a plan.

04What reports do I actually get?

Every report is built to your sites — if you can define it, we can report it. What we run for other operators: chemical dispensed against cars washed, so an over-dosing pump surfaces the same week; fresh water drawn against water reclaimed, so a reclaim system quietly losing ground shows up on a report instead of on the utility bill two months later; cost per car by site; margin on each unlimited plan; free washes and discounts by employee; tunnel downtime and what stopped it; labour hours against cars through; cars per hour by hour against conveyor capacity; and vacuum bay occupancy through the day.

05Can it catch free-wash abuse or plate sharing?

That is one of the checks. One plan being read on two plates, a plate showing up at two sites within minutes, and free washes or manager overrides clustering around one employee all get flagged for a human to review rather than quietly passing through.

06Do you reply to the reviews, or just read them?

Both. Every review at every site is read and classified — praise or problem, which site, which attendant was named, wash quality or equipment — and we draft the reply for you to approve, or post it for you if you would rather not touch it.

07How do you know which marketing actually brought a car in?

Every mailer, SMS, and offer is tied back to the plates that showed up after it, so a campaign reports what it returned instead of what it cost. The targeting runs both ways — members who lapsed, and the drivers within a few minutes of the site who have never washed with you.

08How long does setup take?

The moment the agreement is signed we book an onboarding call and take in everything we need — your menu and plan pricing, camera access, POS credentials, the thresholds you want flagged, and the metrics your bonuses are paid on. Most operators are live about 10 days from that kickoff, and the camera side can run up to two weeks to be fully delivered.
