For repair shops, quick lube, and multi-store service groups

Keep every bay booked and every RO closed.

AI agents that answer the service line, time every bay on camera, audit every ticket, and read every review — so nothing stalls in a bay, nothing leaves unbilled, and the numbers are in your inbox by morning.

I. The pains

What’s slowing Automotive teams down today.

Oil walks out the door, cars sit in bays longer than anyone notices, and the numbers that would tell you sit locked in three systems nobody has time to open.

The phone rings out at drop-off rush

At 8am every advisor is at the counter and every line is ringing. The caller with a no-start will not leave a voicemail — they book with whoever picks up first.

Call handling

Nobody knows how long a car actually sits in the bay

The board says the car went in at 9:00 and left at 10:00. Nothing records when the hood opened or closed, or why a 20-minute oil change took 50 minutes.

Bay timing

Nobody checks what else the car is due for

The advisor works from the customer’s complaint. Nothing pulls the vehicle’s history to show the 60,000-mile service that came due or the brake fluid nobody has touched in three years — so the ticket stays small.

Ticket size

Reviews pile up unread across every store

Nobody reads every Google review at every store, let alone replies to them. The same complaint repeats for months, the tech who earned the praise never hears it, and nobody can say which tech is behind the problems.

Review monitoring

Every leak is buried in a report nobody pulls

Oil dispensed but never billed, parts charged and never installed, discounts nobody checks — and the POS numbers that would prove it sit in reports nobody has time to pull.

Reporting

The postcards go out and nobody knows who came back

Five thousand mailers drop and nothing ties them to the cars that showed up. The customer who quietly stopped coming — and the driver five minutes down the road who has never come in — never hears from you at all.

Marketing & win-back

II. How ClickSide helps

An AI agent for every pain — built around your stack.

AI Call Agent

Answers the service line around the clock, books straight into Tekmetric, AutoOps, or Steer, and reports call volume, topics, length, and booking conversion.

Camera & Bay Intelligence

Times every visit from arrival to exit — hood open and closed, bay utilisation, peak hours, garage doors — and alerts a manager the moment a car overstays.

Service Recommendations

Pulls the Carfax report the moment a car is identified and shows the advisor exactly what is due now and what is coming, before the customer is off the lot.

Reporting & Audits

Oil in against oil out, Big Five counts versus last year, COGS by ticket, parts ordered against parts installed, coupon use by employee, clock-ins, missed breaks, overtime and bonus math, and which stock is moving or sitting obsolete — built to your shop, not to a template.

Review Intelligence

Reads every review across every store, drafts the reply for you to approve or posts it automatically, tags the tech named in each one, separates praise from problems, and can run a review contest between your techs.

Marketing & Win-Back

Finds the customers who stopped coming in and the drivers near your shop who never have, reaches them by SMS and postcard, ties each mailing back to the cars it brought in, asks for a review after pickup, and posts your Reels.

01Does it integrate with my shop management software or POS?

Yes — bookings, customer and vehicle records, transaction data, and call summaries sync with systems like Tekmetric, AutoOps, Steer, Shop-Ware, Mitchell 1, and ISI LubeSoft, whether it runs in the cloud on LubeSoft Express or locally on your own server, so your advisors keep working where they always have.

02Do I need to install new cameras?

Usually not. We run the AI on the CCTV you already have — arrivals, exits, hood open and close, bay utilisation, and garage doors all come off your existing feeds. Often it is just a matter of re-angling a camera you already own, and some shops add a single camera at the back of the bay so plates read cleanly. We tell you which after we look at your feeds.

03Where do the service recommendations come from?

The moment the plate is matched we pull the Carfax report and the history already in your POS, then show the advisor what is due now and what is coming next. It is the car’s own mileage and intervals, not a script — the advisor still decides what to raise.

04What reports do I actually get?

Every report is built to your shop — if you can define it, we can report it. What we run for other shops: oil ordered and received against oil dispensed, so any discrepancy surfaces the same week; Big Five counts against last year — wiper blades, engine air filters, cabin filters, and the rest; tickets over your COGS threshold; hours sold against hours clocked; overtime and missed breaks; bonus math on whatever metrics you pay on; coupon use by employee; obsolete inventory; and how many cars crossed 75,000 miles.

05Do you reply to the reviews, or just read them?

Both. Every review at every location is read and classified — praise or problem, which store, which tech was named — and we draft the reply for you to approve, or post it for you if you would rather not touch it. The same tagging shows who earns the praise, who draws the complaints, and can run a review contest between your techs.

06Can it catch a part that was billed but never installed?

That is one of the checks. We compare parts ordered against parts fitted on the ticket and flag any mismatch, along with any transaction that breaks your COGS threshold, for a human to review.

07How do you know which marketing actually brought a car in?

Every mailer, SMS, and offer is tied back to the vehicles that showed up after it, so a campaign reports what it returned instead of what it cost. The targeting runs both ways — customers who quietly stopped coming, and the drivers within a few miles of the shop who have never come in at all.

08How long does setup take?

The moment the agreement is signed we book an onboarding call and take in everything we need — your service menu, camera access, POS credentials, the thresholds you want flagged, and the metrics your bonuses are paid on. Most shops are live about 10 days from that kickoff, and the camera side can run up to two weeks to be fully delivered.
